1. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

• Cancellation requests can be submitted through customer support.

• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

• Cancellation request must be raised within 5 days of placing the order.

2. Return Policy

Currently, we maintain a No Return Policy for jewellery purchases. Customers are advised to review product details carefully before placing orders.

3. Failed Transactions

If payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, the issue will be resolved within 5–7 working days after verification with the payment provider.
