At JOR DigiGold, we are committed to providing a safe, reliable, and timely delivery of your orders. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, delivery timelines, and related procedures.

1. Order Processing

• All orders placed through our website or JOR DigiGold app are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders are subject to verification and stock availability.

• Customers will receive a confirmation email or app notification once the order is successfully processed.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

• We offer delivery across India to the addresses provided at the time of purchase.

• Delivery timelines depend on location, availability of the product, and other operational factors. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout.

• Risk in the product passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

Delivery Options:

• Standard Delivery: Typically delivered within 5-10 business days depending on location.

• Express Delivery: Available for selected locations; additional charges may apply.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before order confirmation.

• Free shipping may be offered for promotional campaigns or orders exceeding a specified amount.

4. Order Tracking

• Customers can track their order status via the JOR DigiGold app or through the tracking link sent via email/SMS.

• Updates include order processing, dispatch, and estimated delivery.

5. Delivery Issues

In case of the following issues:

• Wrong or incomplete address provided

• Delivery failed due to customer unavailability

• Any damage during transit

6. Shipping Restrictions

• Currently, we deliver only within India.

• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

7. Changes to Shipping Policy

• We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

• Any updates will be posted on our website/app with the revised effective date.

8.Withdrawal Time

: The withdrawal time for the metal delivery will depend on the weight (in grams) of the metal being ordered, as follows:

• 5 to 12 grams: 5 Days

• 12 to 20 grams: 8 Days

• 20 to 50 grams: 10 Days

• 50 to 100 grams: 18 Days
  These times are applicable once the order is processed and are subject to change based on shop policies or external circumstances. Any delays beyond these stated times will be communicated to the customer promptly.
