• Prices are subject to change based on market rates and availability.

3. Orders and Payments

• Orders placed through the website or app are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Payment must be completed through authorized payment gateways at the time of purchase.
• By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the purchase amount.

4. No-Return Policy

• All sales made through JOR DigiGold are final.
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless required by law.
• Customers are encouraged to carefully review product details, images, and specifications before placing an order.

5. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on location, stock availability, and other operational factors.
• Risk in the product passes to the customer upon delivery.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh.

• We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Updated terms will be posted on our website/app with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Withdrawal Time

The withdrawal time for metal delivery depends on the weight (in grams) of the metal being ordered, as follows:

• 5 to 12 grams: 5 Days
• 12 to 20 grams: 8 Days
• 20 to 50 grams: 10 Days
• 50 to 100 grams: 18 Days

These timelines are applicable once the order is processed and are subject to change based on shop policies or external circumstances. Any delays beyond these stated times will be communicated to the customer promptly.

12. Extra Charges on Gold Investment Purchases

For every purchase made under the Gold Investment scheme, additional charges will be applied based on the purchased gram quantity. The extra charge per gram will be calculated according to the following price range structure:

The applicable extra charge will be added to the payment amount at the time of purchase. These charges are subject to revision without prior notice.
